Helpful info for parents

Joining a new club can feel like a big step – especially if it’s your child’s first time in a gymnastics environment. Our team is here to make the process simple, supportive and clearly communicated from your first enquiry onwards.

Can’t find your question? Drop us a quick message via the contact form and a member of the team will get back to you with the details you need.
Use the enquiry form or call/email the club and tell us your child’s age, experience (if any) and preferred days. We’ll recommend the best session – from Busy Bees & Butterflies through to recreational, competitive or specialist programs – and confirm a trial date with you.
We support a full pathway from parent & toddler (Busy Bees), pre-school (Butterflies) and recreational gymnastics right through to Junior & Senior Competitive, Elite Junior & Elite Senior, plus Adult Gym (16+) and Over 55s Beginner Fitness. There are also specialist options including Cheerleading, Parkour, DMT & Tumble and a dedicated SEND room.
Some of our most popular sessions – especially early years and after-school recreational classes – do run on a waiting list. If your first choice is full, we’ll offer the closest alternative and add you to the waiting list so we can contact you when a space opens.
Comfortable, close-fitting sports clothing such as shorts/leggings and a t-shirt is ideal for first sessions. Long hair should be tied back and jewellery removed for safety. Once your child has settled, you may wish to purchase a club leotard – details are provided when you join.
Progression is based on a combination of attendance, effort, skills and readiness for increased training hours. Our coaches continuously monitor progress and will speak to you if we feel your child is ready to move from recreational into Pre Development, competitive squads or the Elite Junior/Elite Senior pathway.
Yes. All coaches are appropriately qualified, insured and DBS checked, and we follow national governing body guidelines for safeguarding and welfare. Many of our team hold additional certifications in judging, first aid and specialist disciplines such as DMT, Cheerleading and Parkour.
