About Brit

“I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, with 5 years experience coaching and teaching fitness classes – 3 of the those years, for my own business. I have many specific qualifications, including BSc in Sports Development, L2 Fitness Instructor, Studio Cycling, TRX, Kettlebell Training, and have achieved Level 6 Applied Training Techniques in Health Related Exercise (APT-HRE). My style of teaching is all about supportive health improvement, stripping down the basics to understand the fundamentals, and why its so good for your body. Also, I hope I encourage the joy of movement, motivating my participants for more than just “getting fit”, its for your future, your health & your mind! 
My favourite type of class to teach is a ‘body conditioning’ style class due to its nature, how every participant feels the exercises working every inch of their body, with just their own bodyweight! I must add – I do like a challenge! – Whether its a brutal core workout or ‘Finisher’ set at the end of class to really up the intensity to regular training! “
